And probably the most powerfull stage of the entire program.
We entered it already different feelings – a little tired, but honest, open and ready to go deeper.
Started with TRE – we allowed the body to speak for us.We shook the tension, trembled and let go. Stress, anxiety, and the consequences of a terrible night of shelling the day before, when you are lying in the dark and don't know if this sound of an approaching drone – is on you.And then the morning: you are alive, but nearby in the city – destruction, dead and wounded. And we knew again: we need to be strong and live on. Despite everything.
We worked with the first childhood memories – moments from which our story began. We touched on the pain that affected us all our lives: relationships, elections, borders and attitudes that we didn't even know about. And there were moments of real, filter-free, catharsis.
Here are the words of our participant:“I felt as if I had finally found myself. A little self, which she lost a long time ago due to a terrible childhood injury. She shaped me and taught me to be strong, cautious and very lonely in a hostile world. And in working with this trauma, which I was able to describe on paper for the first time, I realized that I had never been alone. Thanks to her, I protected and cared for others, loved and gave life.I took this little “y” by the hand and we went further together. For the first time in my life, I felt the lightness and freedom.”Such moments cannot be invented.
And anyone who goes through such catharsis releases energy that has guarded wounds from awareness for years.
In bodily practices, we learned to be in contact with people next to us again – move together, reflect, feel.
Drawing and papier-mâché became the same space “exhalation” between serious work.Sometimes when you can just be yourself, create, laugh and remember that joy – is also a resource. And it is ours.
Sadhu boards did their job again: helped let go of tension and meet yourself honestly – without thoughts, without tricks, without escape.
We learned trust by tango.Especially women: allowing yourself to move after your partner, not controlling everything and relying – is a separate challenge and a separate victory.
And in the evening we were waiting for a swimming pool, a sauna and a salt room. Movement and play in the water, and then a quiet, deep relaxation that comes only when the day is truly lived. The fifth run – is the point where something ends and something inside is reborn.Where we are no longer just a team – we are parts of each other. And we go further.Stronger, more honest, and much more alive.
