A weekend that brought us back into something more than just a group

Despite the exhausting week and terrible morning shelling, despite fatigue and constant stress - our 4th wave is together again.
This weekend became special, because the new challenge faced by our participants required us to be not just a psychologist, but primarily a person. This time, each of the group established professional contact with the veteran as a psychologist.
Every couple who worked is unique. Every story is unique. Each dialogue is filled with trust, honesty and courage.
People revealed the most secret to each other and could speak with their eyes or even silence. At the moment when you are lost in memories or fears, a reliable person is nearby who gives support and leads on the right path.
Along with this, internal hourly work continued: Immersion in memories that have long been waiting for attention;Preparation of recent experiences;An attempt to make sense of dreams as symbols of the experience that the brain suggests at night;And also, a deeper immersion in the body practice of TRE, which helps to feel the body better and let go of control.
You need to be able to rest from such work, so participants get recharging at the art hour. This time, the participants followed the call of the heart to papʼe-mache, drawing or sculpting from clay.
Of course, our tradition is Saturday tango. Soft rhythm that relieves tension. A dance where the body allows itself to be free and light.
And in Hut, the approach of the finish line is gradually felt. Graduation is near, so our participants started preparing their own performance. Creativity and laught, like nothing else, turn the working atmosphere into a family one, so here they are much more than just a team.
These meetings are not just about psychology. They are about the recovery of people who are rebuilding the country. We continue to work, grow, learn and support those who deserve the best.
