Yesterday in Kyiv, the forum «Interaction of business and government» was held in the premises of the KMDA.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the concept of transition of veterans from military service to civilian life through professional adaptation and development of veteran business. 
By the way, according to statistics, 51% of military personnel and veterans are not going to return to their previous places of work, but will look for something new. Therefore, business and the state face the challenge of – assistance in career guidance, in obtaining a new profession and education. Also, today companies must understand that if their employees return to them from military service, some other veterans will definitely work. Currently, it is about one and a half million people.
